Matt started with the Artworks Program in 2009. His winning smile and warm personality quickly made him a favorite at the gallery with the other artists and staff of VSAC.
The word cloud above Matt’s head reveals what he is always thinking and day dreaming about—becoming an animator. Matt is constantly bringing to life various characters in his sketchbook and continues to develop his drawing skills. His next steps is to get better at drawing people, trying new styles beyond anime, and finding a good animation teacher. He currently works at a Bakery and is hoping to start college classes next year.
