Each session is limited to 10 participants and admission is on a first-come, first-served basis. All registrants will receive a notice confirming their reserved space in the sessions selected. If space is not available, you will be placed on a waitlist. Upon your first session with us, you or your legal guardian must complete an additional form in person. Please be advised: we must have this form signed in person in order to provide services to you.
If you sign up and are unable to attend, please cancel at least 24 hours before the session date. You can do this by calling 303-777-0797 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
We start each respite session with an art activity, which takes place at Access Gallery for about an hour and a half. We then stop to eat together- all participants need to bring their own meal or money to buy something to eat from one of the many restaurant options nearby. After enjoying our meal, we often take a walking field trip around the Art District on Santa Fe, right outside the gallery door. Occasionally, we have various activities lined up such as a show, performance, or new exhibit, depending on what is going on in the District that day.
