I am dedicated to working with Access Gallery because I believe strongly in their mission of working with people with a wide variety of unique abilities. I love to create artwork and particularly love making art a community and collaboration experience. I have a passion for helping people become successful in the process of art. I love being a part of a team like Access Gallery because of their commitment to their immediate community.
I received my Bachelors in Elementary Education and have worked with Access Gallery for the past 5 years. I currently teach art at Montessori School of Washington Park and volunteer on a regular basis here at Access Gallery. I frequently work as the lead artist with our Easter Seals Respite Program. In addition to this, I help to develop curriculum for their in school residencies and coordinate corporate commissions and mentoring roles for the Artists here at Access Gallery.
