Bio
Kim Ziereis (she/her) is a graphic designer and brand strategist with more than 20 years of experience in the multifamily real estate industry. She began her career as a Graphics Specialist at a large real estate investment trust in Denver, where she built an in-house creative agency supporting internal teams and a national portfolio. In 2013, she co-founded Après Creative Group, where she focuses on brand strategy and design for new developments, repositioned assets, and corporate marketing.
Kim is a Colorado native, lifelong art lover, and advocate for women in business. Her experience as a parent of a child with an intellectual disability and her passion for creativity inform her commitment to supporting artists and advancing Access Gallery’s mission.

Why Access Gallery?
My daughter is a wildly talented artist with an intellectual disability, and through a synchronistic set of events, we found Access Gallery after she graduated high school. It became a place where she could hone her talents, have a support system, and bring structure to her passion.
As a creative professional, I know art can be a challenging career path, and I wanted to support the economic opportunities Access creates for its artists. I also bring the perspective of a parent navigating this journey and believe sharing resources, stories, and support is essential for families as their children move into adulthood.
