Regina E. Rodríguez Manzanet (she/her) brings more than 25 years of experience working alongside nonprofits, grassroots organizations, and advocacy groups. Through her consulting practice, Build Stronger, she focuses on governance, operational design, strategic planning, and building the infrastructure organizations need to sustain their work.

Why Access Gallery?
I chose to become involved with Access Gallery because its mission speaks directly to something I care about deeply: economic self-determination for people who have been pushed out of traditional employment systems. The belief that disability limits contribution is a failure of those systems, not the people navigating them, and Access Gallery is building around that understanding.
As someone who has spent a career in nonprofit capacity building, I’m drawn to how Access Gallery operates. Its creative services model, stipends, and commissions are not separate from the mission, they are the mission made real. When an organization turns its values into a functional economic model, that’s work I want to support and help grow.
