"Throughout my life I have been interested in art. This inspires me to make artwork about everything. I work with paint markers and pencils. I choose these materials because it allows me to express my art style. When people see my work, I’d like them to look at more of my art."

Bio

Meet AJ, an artist who started working with Access Gallery in 2006. Most likely, you've met AJ at the gallery or you've seen his work across Denver. AJ is one of the most prolific artists at Access Gallery and has become an established Colorado artist, known for his signature style.

Some of AJ’s recent accomplishments include being selected for New Belgium Brewing's 2023 Artist Series where his work was featured on merchandise sold across the country. He also contributed to Access Gallery's largest commissioned project to date, a complete art collection for Modivcare’s headquarters. AJ's work continues to be sought after for personal commissions, live painting events, and more.
